This seminar is designed specifically for Secondary school leaders at Governor, SLT and Careers Leader level. This session will provide you with information on how to develop your Careers programme to include the essential skills young people need for future employment and personal development success.
You will leave with an understanding of how the development of essential skills can have a real impact on the social mobility of your students and provide a transformative impact on school culture. We will look at the latest research from Skills Builder on the links between essential skills, education outcomes and employment outcomes.

Joining Mike will be Evelyn Haywood, former Science teacher and now Education Network Manager at Skills Builder Partnership and Simon Wareham who is Director of Careers & PSHE across Southmoor Multi Academy Trust.
